Resolutions

Varies from 1080p to 4K and is the number of pixels displayed by the output, 1080p being short for 1080 x 1920 pixels, 4K being
3840 x 2160.

Refresh Rate

HDMI Cables support screen refresh rates of either 30Hz (30 times a second), up to V1.4 or 60Hz for V2.0 signals and beyond.

HDMI Bandwidth

The capacity of the cable required to support all the data being transmitted, V1.4 required 10.2Gbps V2.0 moved to 18Gbps and now V2.1 with 8K required 48Gbp

4:2:0 or 4:4:4

This is known as subsampling scheme and is commonly expressed as this three part ratio stating the number of luminance and chrominance samples in a theoretical region of 4 pixels wide by 2 pixels high.
